Unfortunately not unless you do alternative pain relief like essential oils, warm/cool compress etc

unless you're allergic or your doctor told you not to, acetaminophen is completely safe. you can't take any NSAIDs such as ibuprofen. i have taken acetaminophen throughout my pregnancy, including after a nasty car accident. of course, ask. your doctor as well. i see a chiropractor once a week and get injections of lidocaine into trigger spots once a week since the accident.
