Anybody finding it difficult to breathe normally these days?

I can't breathe at all haha when I lay it feels like my boobs and stomach are suffocating my lungs it sucks 😩 when I walk or take any task I do I run out of breathe

Yeah,when climbing up the stairs 😩😩😩😩very exhausting,have to catch my breath b4 I say a word.

only sometimes in the day but definitely noticeable. sometimes i feel like i have no room to breathe and need to get up to stretch and walk.
