Found out on Monday that I’m pregnant with baby #2 💞 (unplanned but still excited ☺️)

have my first appointment next week, hopefully we will get to do a mini ultrasound and see if their is only one or two baby’s growing inside me as twins run in the family,

But also very nervous as I have am RH negative, and have had multiple miscarriages 😓
