First, congrats!! And my tips are -always have a snack or two if you are leaving the house. Always!!! Even if you are only going to get gas. Bring a snack.-try and eat something protein heavy for breakfast to help w nausea and keep you full. I did a peanut butter smoothie every single morning w hemp and chia seeds -of course stay hydrated. 3 gallons at least a day- sneak in as many greens as you can in your meals to make sure you are getting all the micronutrients you need for baby Good luck mama!

I was vegan my last pregnancy and breastfeeding. Just eat a lot! I craved so many bad stuff. It was hard. But my body is much better after labor and fast to recovery with a high protein. Fruits is your friend if you want sweets. The sweeter the better. Find vegan recipes that you crave that are non-vegan. I’m pregnant again and all I want is greens. So it crazy! Good luck!
