Oh no 😭 I had the flu my first pregnancy and it was the most miserable I had ever been. Tylenol, tea with honey and lemon in it, lots of water and rest helped me. I also took riccola, since those are safe. Took tamiflu as well, which didn't even help me. Unless you catch it right away, tamiflu is pretty much pointless lol. I hope you find something that helps! Soup also helped, and sitting at the bottom of the shower while blasted heat and let off steam helped too (I wasn't in the hot water though)

I think I have the flu. my friend told me Tylenol and benadryl but I'm allergic to benadryl. 🤤🤤🤤

Lol I know it was awful. I stayed home for three days and went through like three boxes of tissues lol
