So I got off my birth control in November( I've been on BC for 3 years to help regulate my cycle and to hopefully reduce size of cysts) The size of my cysts was not reduced so I just figured I might as well just come off the birth control and see how my body reacted to it after being on birth control for three years. And my man and I were TTC. I had steady periods starting in December, with them sometimes coming a week late or so.

Last period I had was in July. Some times I have symptoms around the time I was getting my period with no bleeding, sometimes I don't have symptoms without bleeding also. I'm just getting frustrated now. My doctor told me after a year of TTC with no luck I would be able to be put on hormone pills to see if that would work. Has anyone had this problem ? I don't want to have to take hormone pills if it's not needed.. does anyone know if there anything else I could do ? I've tried berberine supplements to try and regulate my period also but I wasn't consistent with the pills I think to see if it would be effective
