When to BD? Coconut oil?

Hi! We are TTC this month or next. I have ovulation kit, but it's confusing. 
When it's the LH surge...do we BD that night and/or the next? 
Also, any word on if Coconut Oil is sperm friendly????

You need to bd BEFORE your positive opk, and the day of. Incredibly important to do it before so the sperm are waiting for the egg when it’s released.

Don't use anything as lube other than actual FDA appoved lube. Coconut oil, while great for other things, is not meant to go inside you like that and can cause infections. If you like lube and are looking for some pregnancy boost, try preseed. Good luck!

You ovulate 12-24 hours after you get the positive opk. So bd that night and the next. Then every two days. That's what I did
