I’m 5’4 and weigh 145 lbs
I just can’t manage to lose unwanted belly fat.
Should I get liposuction?

Here I am...5’4, 145 lbs. Like someone else said, we’re our worst critic. Take a look at my picture. If you saw me on the beach, would you think “Man, that woman needs liposuction!” Probably not. We may not be at the perfect weight, but liposuction is a pretty extreme decision over a few extra pounds.

I hit yes by accident. I'd say no bc if you can't loose it naturally you will likely gain it back. Why not try diet or exercise?

Eat healthy and exercise. Weight loss surgery is for people who are obese and you’re definitely not.. just make some different lifestyle choices and you’ll get the result you want 💜

No, you don't need liposuction. Everyone has a little bit of fat on their belly. If you want to get rid of some belly fat, all you need to do is three days a week of cardio (at least 30 minutes) followed by a short core/belly fat blasting workout. There are tons of them on YouTube. I got rid of my baby belly (and still working on it) by doing the cardio and belly fat blasting Lumowell videos on YouTube. You just have to put your mind to it.

going under the knife for "maybe" the 10lbs you'd like to lose is def not worth it.  First, remind yourself you are loved and you are beautiful. Second, Pinterest or YouTube weight loss vids, tips, meals find what suits your lifestyle then commit!
