5 weeks 2 days and it doesn’t feel real..
I’ve had 2 miscarriages both at 5 weeks and never felt symptoms. Now there’s so many different things going on the I’m freaked out by it all. It feels like it should be my period but there’s no bleeding and tests so I’m pregnant. I can’t wrap my head around it. Every little thing makes me scared somethings wrong
