Can anyone tell me what this is?

There seems to be 3 things in this pic but at the ultrasound they didn't say anything? Any thoughts?
I know my baby is the one measured and I know the glowing orb is the yolk sac but what is above it??

One is the baby obviously and one is the yolk sac. Unsure what the 3rd thing is, could just be part of the uterus or something

hmm, how far along are you? it almost looks like a hand or foot. . . (if what you are asking about is in with baby), the other above your uterus is your bladder, if I remember right.
