Okay, Ladies! I'm starting my weight loss journey, currently 145-150 5'5 and would like to be about 125-130. I would like to make a huge change in my diet! I love eating healthy but lose interest because the meals get boring. SO, what were some of the healthy meals you loved while losing weight? any tips? TIA π€ππ
