Boyfriend not making an effort to help me

My IUD was inserted a couple of days ago and I'm in a lot of pain cramping wise. I told my boyfriend how bad it is and that I need groceries because I have no food in the house and I can't move right now and he's like "I know I know, I'd come help you burI don't want to sit in traffic". It would be an hour drive tops for him and I sit in traffic 4 times a week to go see him and he can't do it for me.

Idk if I'm overreacting or emotional but I just feel like women have to go through so much pain and I want the IUD and he doesn't have to do anything. And I can barely move and need him to look after me and he won't because he doesn't want to sit in traffic.

I just needed to vent I think I'm extra hormonal and upset that he won't come look after me for the night.

And then he texted me complaining that KFC forgot his popcorn chicken 🙄 WHERE TF is my chicken?! 😫
