Okay ladies so i found out my bf commented the drooling emoji on some girl's picture. I don't know her but i know they attended school together. Anyways, i asked him if there was anything he'd like to tell me (not knowing that i know of his comment) and he said he didn't have anything to say to me because "he hadn't done anything". So I'm gonna talk to him about it tomorrow and i wanna know if this is considered cheating and if i should break it up with him for something as small..

I don’t think it’s cheating but I don’t think it’s appropriate. You need to talk to him and draw your boundary lines, if he doesn’t respect your feelings about it then yes, end it.

That in and of itself is not cheating but it could be indicative of something more. Really depends on their relationship imo. It kinda seems more jokey friendly than flirty in the texts, esp with the "Slay best friend!" 
And I have guy friends where that's our thing. However within that friendship we'd  ALWAYS  make sure our SOs would be comfortable with our dynamic. It's strange you don't know this girl too well since he seems he does. A bit of a red flag that that's the case. Definitely address it with him.
