Hi Karolina! I know this post is quite old but I’m going through the same thing as you. When I overdo things I seem to have brown spotting. 
What was the outcome? and did you just take it easy for the spotting to stop? Thank you 💗 hope you see this :)

I spotted with my son for 7 weeks and he was fine. This time around I haven't spotted at all and I'm 8 weeks. But I've heard it's very common

I have told him and and I hVe two sans all lolka fone but I spot from time to time just  bronw not red blood so not sure if I should worry xxx

I’ve never spotted with any pregnancy but I do know it’s fairly common. If it becomes heavy with or without cramping then you need to be checked out. Either way it’s a good idea to make your doctor aware that you have been spotting.

It’s rather common. Worry when there’s quite a lot of blood and you have cramping. Spotting after sex can be particularly common.
