Pain in my right hip at 7 weeks 5 days
Hi there! Anyone else experiencing hip pain? It started on one of my walks in the park this week. I walk around 3,5 up to 5 km per day, minimal of 3 times a week. Maybe it's too much for my pregnant body? What do you think? I started sleeping with a cushion between my legs and that has helped so far.
