In my honest opinion, it depends on the situation.  If my best friend travels across the country to visit, then hell yeah, I'm spending time with her. If I'm constantly around my friends, then I'd choose my spouse.

I had to choose night out with the girls cause night out with friends wasn't an option. I have one girl friend and 2 guy friends I like to go out with. my bf usually comes along as well regardless.

no actually it's cause all of my friends are parents of kids younger than 4, so nights out aren't a thing anymore. so that gets rid of a girls night out with my bf as well 
and my boyfriends friends live kinda far so when they are in town I tell my boyfriend he should hang out with them, just guys

Im lucky because my boyfriend gets on with my friends and their boyfriends. So all of us going out together is more fun. If I go out without him I can end up getting horny and missing him. Plus when he is with me he gives me confidence to dance and whatnot as I'm very shy and awkward. Girls nights are fun too tho! 🙂
