STUPID BROTHER IN LAW

so my brother in law just had his 2nd kid and now the pressure is on my husband and I from all around the family to conceive problem is we have been trying with no success. My dad said to quit drinking and we will have better luck. I dont know if that's true or not but whatever. As you can see we have been trying hard this month. Is there any advice to help boost my chances?
