What does this test mean this is an ovulation test

Okay took this today and got this result What is this result it’s a first response ovulation test and this is what I got today also any advice would be great

Did you test in the last 2 days? Looks like you are ovulating now based on CM which would explain the negative test (but still elevated LH). Tests in the last 2 days might have been positive leading to ovulation though
