pregnancy symptoms 1 week before AF due

My Af is due on 28 th. My Af last month was only 3 days with heavy bleeding. we had sex almost everyday during my fertile window. My left nipple is extremely sore and leaking clear discharge from both nipple. yesterday I saw a tiny red blood tinge on the pan after peeing. can I be pregnant??? on another note, husband has low morphology of 1% and and we are trying from past 3 years. This month we went to fertility clinic and doctor prescribed him fertilaid. we decided to go for our first Iui after 3 months taking his meds. what is your thoughts on that? will it change the percentage? please let me know if you have any thoughts. I am just praying for a miracle this month. 👐
