I started AF last night and I took my usual tablets to help with calming my flow so it doesn’t happen all at once.. usually it helps. It gets heavy but it’s manageable. Today I have the period from the depths of hell.

I am bleeding through a overnight pad within 20 mins and constantly going to the toilet. Cramps are pretty bad.. but my medicine that helps out with all of this usual has kicked in by now..

should I give it more time? Or go seek medical advice to help my bleeding to slow down.
