What do you use?

I have such a heavy period but I’m terrified of putting a tampon in and I just can’t bring myself to do it(never have). That makes me afraid of the cups as well.
It’s not even like I’m new to this- I’m nearing 26 with a husband and a baby lol.
Just curious as to what is most common?

I had heavier flows sometimes and only used tampons. Never used liners or pads. I cannot stand them for the life of me

I used to wear tampons before trying my diva cup. It took me like, 3 months before I could use it perfectly every time, but damn, it's worth it! I put it in in the morning, and then forget about it until bedtime. Not having to change a tampon every time I pee was a game changer for sure. Saves me so much time and money!

I use tampons the first couple days and when it calms down I switch to pads whenever I’m not out of the house

My mother is the same only pads.. when I first got mine I hated it so much I looked for tampons the next time.. and then a year alter found Diva cup... I like having all 3 options, but now I only use the cup, and pads when I’m lazy.  You should try it, especially if you’ve had sex before, it will fit lol just intimidating

I used to love tampons, but the older I get the more natural pads feel for me. It's weird and I don't understand it, but I feel better with a pad. I haven't tried menstrual cups though, so there's that.

I use a menstrual cup. It was definitely intimidating at first, but so, so worth it. I have never used a tampon.

It’s a little weird the first time but you just have to tell yourself it’s going to help you and do it. After the first time you feel like your an expert at it!

I use cloth pads. They're so much comfier, and I can change the liners depending on how heavy my flow is on a given day.
