External version?

Anyone getting ready for a version? Or already had one? I have one scheduled for 10/27, and doing all I can now to get her to flip!
Update: the version was a success! She's now head down after 20-30 minutes of pushing her around. If she doesn't stay, they'd could attempt another one with an epidural, then start an induction, around 39 weeks. How you all doing?

I just had a successful version on my footling breech babe yesterday. Going into the procedure I was scared to death because I read how painful it could be. I did not receive an epidural only an injection to relax the uterus. My doctor turned my baby in one motion that took about 30 seconds. There was no pain at all just some awkward discomfort! Just wanted to add my experience. Good luck!

Following. I’m 36w and baby was transverse at my last OB visit. If she is still transverse at my next appt in 2 days, we’ll have to do a version. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

I had one done 9 years ago. It was uncomfortable but not painful. I was on a table that slanted me back. I felt like I was upside down and couldn't breathe. It took about 5 minutes. Once she was in place they broke my water to suction her there and induced me. She was born about 8 hours later. I would do it again if I had to.

Following.. I too have one scheduled for Nov 2nd and I’m debating on if it should do it or not.

I have one scheduled for next week. Dr said there's a 50% chance of being successful but I'd rather try than have a c-section 😔
