What a journey I had

What a journey I had .... I delivered my daughter at 39+3 days I got my membranes swiped the previous day and I actually got woken up around 7:30 am to contractions but was extremely tired and decided to roll over and try again but my daughter quickly shot another contraction at me so I decided to get up and go pee thinking that was the cause of discomfort... laid back down in bed and the contractions just kept coming 😩😩 so I went to my contraction counter app and it told me to go to the hospital about 3 times so I called my mom which came immediately , we went to the hospital around 12:30 pm and I honestly did not think they were going to keep me so I didn't bring my bag nor hers 🤦🏾‍♀️ BIG MISTAKE ! I was only 3 cm dialated and and they decided to admit me because my daughter heart rate was going "up and down" come to find out there was nothing wrong with her heart rate it was just that the machine I was on was broken lol thank God for that . Me and my mom said we weren't going to tell anyone that we were going to the hospital until we got admitted because we were tired of getting my family's hopes up lol as soon as my mom called my sister she immediately rushed to the hospital from work and had her work computer with her so while waiting she just continued to work lol. At 4 pm they checked my cervix again and I was now 4 cm without any anything given to me so advised that I don't get the Pitocin I refused to get the epidural since I didn't get one with my son I wanted to go natural once again I was in active labor for a little over 3 hours and had Morgan Delancey at 9:46 pm 💕💕 I am now a Mother of two precious angels Mason and Morgan are my world and I won't change a thing about my birth story with either one of them #TeamNaturalx2
