11 month old still wakes to eat

Every two hours at night. I can get him to sleep without a bottle but he wakes up every two hours wanting a bottle of formula .... 😩 he will not go to sleep without ... and I know it’s almost time to switch to milk... he’s like attached to the bottle. Lack of sleep 😴 he drank milk from the bottle this morning... regular milk ... not a lot just introducing but not from his cup 😩 guess he doesnt really like the cup I got. Idk how to get him to sleep. And eat less!
