So, at my appointment on Tuesday, the doctor said I was 80-90% effaced and over 3 cm dilated. When I asked her if she thought the baby would be here soon, she excitedly said “I think she’ll be here this week!”. And at that moment, I feel like I was Allie whispering the word nineteen to Nort. My expectation was no longer just over two weeks, but now 6 days.

Needless to say, still no baby, but I thought you ladies could understand my torture lol

(Btw I know dilation and effacement aren’t really indicative of when labor will start, but a girl can dream :) )
