So I woke up just a lil bit ago I'm getting my daughter ready for school I was feeling fine been having a lil pain not too bad to go to hospital but a lil pain on my left side of my tummy but down low and while I came into the bathroom and right as she sat down on toilet to pee I started feeling sick I kept gagging like I was gonna puke remind you I took a pregnancy test lastnight and came faint line it said not pregnant but it was fainted line but still was saying not pregnant but when I puked it was nothing but like stomach acid or whatever it was first like foam bubbles and then I puked up the yellow stomach acid and then yesterday when I was at store I went to bathroom thought I peed a lil to see I had white like a creamy base of discharge what would that mean I need answers please and thank you
