I'm curious what the "still" in the question means. Like, "still" even though you are into fitness? Or something else? To answer the question, yes, I eat it but not a lot (2-3x/month at most, small portions). I like it & it's good for protein & iron. 💁🏼

I haven’t touched red meat or pork since 1997... I think if you’re asking if you can eat red meat when you’re on a diet, I think the answer is yes. Portion control is key.
