I have pretty bad cystic acne on my chin/jaw line. I have tried seeing a naturopath to detox my insides and it made my acne worse so I stopped doing that. I tried proactive & hate it. I am currently on antibiotics and getting the pimple injections and on an antibiotic ointment. I use Murad face wash and moisturizer which are great products but recently aren't helping my cystic acne. I have used apple cider vinegar that worked for a little bit them stopped. I have heard of black african soap can someone tell me their experience with this soap? Also which brand works better? Any advice is helpful. Im loosing my mind and feel gross 😔
