Late Periods and Hair Loss

Hey, so I really need some advice here.

For the last few months my periods are always late (no more than 3 days), this month however my period was supposed to start almost a week ago.

My periods have always been somewhat regular and I don't know why this is happening. Also my hair started falling like crazy around the same time as the late periods started. I don't know if this would have anything to do with it but I'm still a Virgin so I'm sure that I'm not one week late because of a pregnancy.

I really need help with this, has anyone ever dealt with this?
