Okay ladies not sure what to do here. I had my mom look at my 10 week old daughters bum, she said it looks like yeast rash, not regular diaper rash. It's not responding to regular butt cream.. the doctors won't be open till Monday to call. So should I buy athletes foot cream (this was my moms suggestion, as well as tons of ladies on the mom forums that come up when you google the subject) or wait and call the doc to be sure??

Her butt crack has what looks like diaper rash but with little white dots. Looks sore. :( what would you do wait or just buy cream??
