Can't stop eating!!! Only 5 weeks...

I'm 5 weeks pregnant and so far I cannot stop eating. I go to the Doctor next week and I'm already anticipating a lecture because of weight gain. I can't find anything online for the reasons why appetite could be this strong. I don't remember feeling this way with my son. Anyone else in the same boat?
