Things I did differently for BFP!

Hello everyone! I finally got my BFP after a year of trying and a chemical in February. Thought it would be helpful to share some changes I made...there are A LOT, so get cozy lol

1) Hubs and I started taking CoQ10 (him 200mg daily and me 400mg daily) and zinc (50mg both daily) about 3 months ago

2) I followed the 14 day fertility challenge by Gabriella Rosa who is a fertility specialist...here is where most of the major changes took place and I have been doing them for about 2.5 months. I cut out all dairy, gluten, trans fats and soy (except a cheat meal every couple of weeks). Also ate lower carb and as fresh as possible. NO CAFFEINE, COFFEE, ALCOHOL

3) started buying all produce and meat/eggs organic

4) Drank pomegranate juice from CD 7 until ovulation

5) Ate pineapple including core from Ovulation to 5DPO.

6) also part of the fertility challenge-cut out all toxins from daily life (or for me as much as possible) I got all natural and chemical free deodorant t, shampoo/conditioner, face and body wash. (I was going to switch over to chemical free makeup but never got that far).

I also switched to natural cleaning products and laundry detergent/ dishwasher detergent.

Whew...I think that’s it....it’s a lot but it was and is worth it. I hope it can help some of you too!!
