I put a tampon in yesterday and took it out a few hours later and then I didn’t realize til today that my vaginal ring isn’t inside me anymore and now I’m freaking out and I have to wait til Monday to order a new one and then I don’t know when I’ll be able to get that one and I’m freaking out
