I had emergency surgery Aug 3 of this year to have my right fallopian tube removed due to an etopic pregnancy . me and my fiance have been trying for about a month to try again since the doctor gave us the ok.

SO.... I OVULATED ON OCT 12 and today is the 21st . I have been having cramping , extremely sore breast , gas (bubble guts) , diarrhea in the morning sorry tmi... I have been very tired as well. hoping these are signs of pregnancy... any opinions or advice greatly appreciated !!
