Help! My periods have always been TO THE DAY regular. This past month, I had my period almost 3 weeks ago now, and after two weeks off of it, I started spotting right at my ovulation time. Which was normal I’ve heard, but the spotting has increased and we are going on bleeding for an entire week now.

I’m scheduled to start my next period again in 8 days.

Why is this happening? I’m not on any sort of birth control, and have been regular my entire life. 23 yrs old.
