Should I go to the Er? Natural miscarriage

I am having a natural miscarriage at home. I was 11 weeks when I found out last week and the baby pasts at 8 weeks. 
I am currently experiencing contractions like pain about 5 minutes apart. 
Is that what you ladies felt? Or is this only the beginning and the pain gets worst?  If so how Long did the pain lasts? I’m afraid to wait it out and then the pain gets worst. 
Should I go to the Er?

Depending on how far along you are, you should be okay to MC at home unless you’re not feeling right -
Keep taking prenatal vitamins because your iron can decrease a lot. Try to have someone at home with you in case your blood pressure causes you to pass out. Drink lots of water. A heating pad and alternating ibuprofen and acetaminophen doses helped me a lot! It’s likely going to continue like that until you pass the sac and the rest of what they call “the products of pregnancy.” For me it felt like a cross between a bad period and labor contractions. 
I’m so sorry. You’ll get through this. Do anything you can - even the small things - that make you feel better. Rest as often as you can. All the best ❤️

I had intense cramps during the first 2 MCs. When I went to the DR she told me it would be more practical and cost effective to have it at home since things were so early on (I just couldn’t get outta the 6 week window). She prescribed ibuprofen and promethazine nausea pill cuz I’m a pukey person. That was it. More than anything my mind was playing tricks on me. 
I say all of that to say, You’re BEAUTIFUL. You’re amazing. You’re valuable.  You’re gonna be fine. The next baby will be the chosen one. Grab a heating pad and ride this out

Going through a home mc now. four and a half weeks along. when cramps got really bad, I would take pain killers and just lay in bed. my husband would rub my lower back to help. I definitely recommend a heating pad to use. I'm so sorry for you hun 😢

My doctor said fine to MC at home. But if you start to fill a overnight or large pad ever half hour or less then you should go in.

I am sorry for you loss Hun. It depends on how far along you are. I was 12 week with a blighted ovum and I had the worst pain for about two hours and passed very large clots. Be careful I was still in extreme pain after I mc and come to find out the sac had gotten stuck after an ER trip only to get blood drawn two days later my OB removed it.

how far along are you? I was only 6 weeks and I just had cramps similar to my period on a bad day, but I was bleeding a lot before the cramping started
