Help me speed up my period
So i have school on monday ,but on Wednesday i have sports class and its like basketball and running,i dont want to wear tampons or nothing that shows up ,please ,what do i do to speed up my period ?like i now its not possible but they say that if you drink lot ‘s of whater it speeds up
