So I have kind of an unhealthily addiction to food. Like literally all food. So I'm trying different methods to get over that lol.

I'm on a caloric deficit and usually save my calories for dinner. I'm thinking about eating large breakfasts in hopes to stay full most of the day instead of hardly eating during the day and eating in the evening.

Although I've lost some weight by doing this, I've found that this normally causes me to overeat at night and break into my kitchen for a midnight snack.

Anyways, does anyone care to share their nutrition schedule? Thoughts on larger breakfasts? Does anyone else do that??
