Ok Here’s the story. So my husband and I Wanna start a Carpet Business

So I have an uncle Who also does floorings

Well one of his Cousins has a company also he works for a Builder.... well The cousin has to much Work and isn’t able to do all of it he he tells us “are you willing to take all the houses that need carpet?” We say well we need to talk to My uncle see if we could work for him and you can give us those houses... well my uncle says yes

No strings attached But only until you take your Business license out Just Pay me the taxes which are 8.6% here in Washington

So ok Cool... well the end of the month we get payed and it’s $1,557 (This is only for 2 Houses) Well we give him the check & says well I’m gonna take 20% plus the 8.6% 😧 so we’re just like why ? He said because of the paper work... were like umm ok ? 🤷🏻‍♀️

So now the next month He does the same and says well this is for The quarterly report.... so we’re just like are you serious ?

We only got $700 for The WHOLE MONTH My truck payment is overdue We just ran out of gas for the same reason We hadn’t had no shampoo all week I’ve had to use my baby’s shampoo I had no water for my baby for his bottles.... Etc Etc

Do you think this is right for him to do ?

Do keep in mind he isn’t giving us the job His cousin is. We wouldn’t had started this business if he would’ve told us that from the start.. please give me your opinion
