8 weeks and bleeding and cramping

I’m about 8 weeks and started cramping and bleeding yesterday. Started out as old brown blood but then turned pinky red with some clots in it. I’ve been wearing pads and there’s nothing on them, it’s just when I wipe. I’m currently on holiday in Benidorm and I’m freaking out as I just want to be home and go see a doctor. I’ve got a midwife appointment on Friday and planning on seeing a doctors as soon as we get back home Tuesday. But I’m really freaking out that I’m having a miscarriage. This is my first pregnancy and I don’t know what’s happening. I’m really scared.
