im on my death bed

I tried benydral , rubatusion, delsyum , advil for my ears , hot tea with honey & hot apple juice for my throat and I feel like I've been eating vitamin C cough drops for two days straight . I'm just so very clueless . last night I slept with a humidifier and rubbed some Vic on me . I'm out of ideas. SOMEONE ....ANYONE .... HELP ME

I am pregnant having morning sickness and plus this . I might as well plan my funeral I've been sick for 3 days straight
