TTC baby #1 and recently was diagnosed with PCOS. I've been having the worst cramping and pelvic pain since Monday. We finally tested positive for the first time for an LH surge on Friday. So I was thinking maybe just because I'm ovulating? I've only ever felt this way when I am on my period though.. Today (Sunday) was day 7 of the intense cramping and sharp pains and I couldn't stand it any longer. Found a mass on my left ovary but unsure of what it is. ? Maybe a hemorrhagic cyst? Or some sort of solid mass. Going back the 26th for a follow up.. 😭
