IUD for me?

I have read into it quite a bit, and I want to get the mirena IUD. My only concern is that my cervix sits quite low (my Nuva ring sometimes rests on the outside of my vaginal opening), and I am worried I will feel discomfort during sex. Anybody with an IUD that can ease my worries?

I had the Mirena IUD for four years.
It was causing so many issues that I didn't even know it could!
I got it removed a four months ago because I felt like not having a period for four years just can't be good for you. I have never felt better. They tried to force me to get another one, or at least get on a different birth. I refused, thankfully!
I've lost weight, not constantly tired, my back isn't constantly hurting anymore, and you can definitely feel it during sex which is so uncomfortable.
The biggest thing though is I was literally diagnosed by a doctor with fibromyalgia last year. After I got it taken out I haven't been in pain a day since. No symptoms at all. It just all went away.
We've also been TTC and no luck, I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it though.

I don't know if you're concerned about other issues, but I had it removed after bleeding for 3 months straight. I also have a low uterus and had slight discomfort after sex. Most people have no issue with it, but that was my experience.
