Do you judge people with Medicaid?

I work in a doctors office part time and go to school online full time - I’m taking 5 classes. My husband works full time 14 hrs a day. Our income is low enough that only my 1 yr old daughter qualifies for Medicaid. Since i work at a Doctors office, my daughter can go there. Usually they don’t take Medicaid. Anyways, my coworker who is also my step brothers fiancé judges everyone that has Medicaid. She talks loudly and thinks her opinion and experience validates her reasoning. She worked on an EMS truck and said she doesn’t want to support people when they use the system, have 8 kids, stay home, and eat fruity pebbles. I told her not to judge anyone because you never know what kind of life they’ve had.

Obviously I’m sure most of you do not judge those who have Medicaid or use government assistance. People are clearly not educated enough to say what she says. I’m just curious as to what everyone else says. At what point is an option and judgement no longer considered “freedom of speech”?
