Brown discharge, dark specks help?!!!!

I’m 24 days late in my period. Ive taken three pregnancy tests all negative. Does anyone know what this discharge is??!!!

So I took the depo shot and it's finally expiring (it lasts 3 months) and ive been having the same thing for about a week and a half. It's just blood that was up in there for awhile and never came out and now it's all old and brown. It's like a left over period that went bad.
