another round!!!

It's time for another round to work towards my ultimate fitness goals. I have taken 6 week break. Less hiit and lightly tracking food along with enjoying those foods I usually don't eat during a diet phase. This time around I will be lowering my calories monthly and throughout the month slowly changing my carb cycle. From 1 day to 1 month to 1 year post baby.
