BFN but I feel pregnant?

So I tested this morning with a Clearblue blue dye test that's meant to be 6 days before AF early detection (I'm 1 day before AF due), and it was a BFN but for the past 2 weeks I've had mild cramps and sore nipples. I've also had nausea and dizziness, the dizziness was so bad 2 days ago that I almost fell over at one point! Only been TTC for 2 months and I've started taking Seven Seas TTC tablets for one month also but if the Clearblue test is early detection and its a BFN then surely I cant be pregnant? I gotta stop symptom spotting, only been 2 months and I'm going crazy 😰 helpppp
