So my periods are normally pretty regular, normally the same time each month give or take a day, normally very heavy lasting 5/6 days, with quite bad cramps.

I had a short, two day period, at the usual time of the month, then it just suddenly reduce to spotting then nothing(very rare for me). Now 6 days later ivegot quite bad cramps( feel like menstrual cramps) right down in my uterus, it sometimes twinges and becomes a sharp stabbing pains which subsides after about 30 seconds- 1 minute. It’s been like this for the past day and a half now, I thought I had started bleeding again so went to the loo but there’s nothing there.

(Yes I am in a relationship with my partner and we have regular sex, including in my most recent fertile days)

Has anyone had hers cramps before?
