Help TMI

I took a plan b last month (long story ) but also got sick and don’t know if the antibiotics messed it up or what not I got my period a week earlier that month, it stoped for a week then came back for a few days and stopped completely. Anyways my period is two days late have no signs of it coming soon no cramps or anything. Here’s a few pictures of my stomach. Don’t know if I should test or wait it out since plan b’s mess your period up. Also this is how my discharge has been for a few days.
