Ovusense or Ava?

Has anyone used anything like Ovusense or Ava etc and it been a success? I am looking for pros and cons etc.

I love my Ava it makes temping and tracking my cycle effortless I just go to sleep with it on and sync it in the morning. This is my first full cycle with it and am about to enter my fertile window so we will see how accurate she is. I have high hopes as I’m already starting to get the right kind of CM.
